Ghost Recon Breakpoint’s Mountain-00015 error has been plaguing players looking to explore Auroa since the title’s launch, disconnecting them from the game without any prior warning.
Those unlucky enough to encounter the Mountain-00015 error report doing so both after Ghost Recon Breakpoint receives patches but also out of the blue, making an exact cause tough to pinpoint.
As Reddit user stuckspider52 points out, quoting the Ghost Recon Discord server, the Mountain error code is attached to “Ongoing online service issue (or you’ve been banned)”. If you recall being particularly naughty lately, chances are you might have been struck with the banhammer. But what if that’s not the case?
Ghost Recon Breakpoint Error Mountain-00015
As the Mountain-00015 doesn’t have a local cause, being more often than not tied to the game’s servers, there’s not much that players can do by themselves to fix the error and resume playing Ghost Recon Breakpoint.
Ubisoft has provided a list of things to try as far as connection troubleshooting goes, but players have reported going through the fairly complicated processes only to continue receiving the Mountain-00015 error.
Aside from taking it up with Ubisoft support, the only thing left to do is to keep an eye on the Ghost Recon Twitter for any connection-related issues that could be causing disconnects accompanied by Ghost Recon Breakpoint’s Mountain-00015 error.
