Ghost Recon Breakpoint is no stranger to a wide variety of error codes, one of the strangest of which is Infinity. Unlike many others, this error code does not require a complex port forwarding setup at all.
In fact, we’d like to argue that Infinity error code is the easiest fix you’ll ever come across, and we’re sure you, too, will agree as soon as you learn what it is.
Ghost Recon Breakpoint INFINITY-00000 Fix
Unlike silent 1000b, or silent 30086 error codes, INFINITY-0000 does not seem to be related to a connectivity problem. Instead, this is caused by the uPlay app itself.
The only way to resolve Infinity is to - wait for it - close uPlay on your Taskbar and then relaunch it. When that’s done, you’ll be ready to start Breakpoint Open Beta at long last. As we said, this is by far one of the easiest solutions we’ve come across so far. A welcome change of pace, though the other error code solutions aren’t taxing either if you know what you’re doing.
It’s hard to say what might be causing the Infinity error in the first place. Since it’s not listed on the official list of problems relating to the uPlay app, there doesn’t seem to be any way of knowing. As long as a simple restart can resolve the problem, it’s hard to complain. Players on consoles may have a harder time fixing this one, but we’re guessing a restart of the machine ought to do the trick, too.
We hope you’re enjoying the Open Beta of Breakpoint now that it’s up and running. Stay tuned for more related coverage as we go along.
