Halo: The Master Chief Collection is set to grow next week, as Halo 3 has finally received a PC release date.
Publisher Xbox Game Studios and 343 Industries today announced that Halo 3’s PC release date is slated for Tuesday, July 14.
Halo 3 is the fourth game in the series that arrives on PC, following Halo: Reach, Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, and Halo 2: Anniversary.
Halo 3 PC Release Date
Naturally, this means that only Halo 3: ODST and Halo 4 remain to be ported to PC for the Master Chief Collection to be complete.
If things go according to plan, PC players will have the two titles in their hands before 2020 ends.
Halo: The Master Chief Collection is currently discounted by 20% as part of the Steam Summer Sale, costing €31,99 or your regional equivalent.
If you’re solely interested in Halo 3, you’ll likely be able to buy it individually after its July 14 release. Provided the pricing remains consistent with that of the other games, it should set you back €9,99 or your regional equivalent.
