Blizzard have a climactic conclusion planned for the Felfire Festival of Music and Vengeance, which ends on June 23rd, 2020. From 5pm to 10pm BST on the final day of the event, 16 Hearthstone creators will be split into 4 teams.
That’s right, it’s the return of the Battlegrounds Brawl! The Southsea Swashbucklers, Bloodsail Buccaneers, Fogsail Freebooters, and Northsea Navigators will put their piratey names on the line, competing against each other for a share of the $200,000 booty.
Battlegrounds will take place across 7 rounds, but the players aren’t the only ones who stand to benefit. Hearthstone is broadcasting the matchups on their Twitch stream and rewarding viewers with a Twitch Drop that features Ashes of Outland Card Packs for watching just 2 hours of the Brawl. Watch another 2 and get another card pack to boot. The best part is it tallies across all views, so you can skip matches without losing progress.
Hearthstone Twitch Drops
To get the Twitch Drops, all you have to do is watch the show with your Battle.net and Twitch accounts linked.
- Make sure you're logged in to the Battle.net account you want rewarded
- Login or create an account on Twitch
- Go to settings by clicking on your account name in the top right of the home screen
- Click on the Connections tab
- Find the Battle.net section and follow instructions after choosing your region and clicking Connect
