Similar to previous Paradox grand strategies, Imperator: Rome doesn’t let you play indefinitely. If you’re one of those players that aim to carefully plan their every move, you might want to know what the Imperator: Rome start and end date might be.
Here is the Imperator: Rome start and end date.
Imperator: Rome Start and End Date
<p>
The Imperator: Rome start and end date mark the period after the end of the Second Samnite War, up until around the time when Augustus comes to power, establishing the Roman Empire.
In Gregorian terms, this translates to a start date of 304 BCE, the game ending around 27 BCE. If you prefer the Roman terms, the Imperator: Rome start and end dates are 450 AUC and around 727 AUC respectively. This is the sole available starting date at launch but chances are that future DLC will introduce more options.
That gives Imperator: Rome players 277 in-game years to try their hand at conquering whichever region they decide to play in or, why not, the world.
