Jurassic World: Evolution is a fantastic game, but it takes a while to unlock all of its best features - including islands. So we thought we'd help you guys out with a Guide on How To Unlock All Islands in the game!
See below for how to get the sandbox island Isla Nublar and every story island of The Five Deaths, including Isla Sorna!
Jurassic World Evolution - How To Unlock All Islands
There are five main story islands in the game, The Five Deaths as introduced in The Lost World: Jurassic Park. They can be unlocked by getting to 3 Stars Park Rating on each island. To do this, complete Contract missions as supplied by the Entertainment, Science and Security Divisions - either the ones they periodically offer, or just go to your main Park Management screen, click 'Contracts', 'Get a New Contract' and then choose which division you want it from.
Don't worry, you can decline Contracts, and choose a new one a few minutes later. Sometimes they will be easy, or most profitable, but some are either ridiculously hard or can't be completed until much later. Decline those for now and pick a quicker one. Complete enough, and make your Park profitable, safe, and varied enough, and you'll raise in Park Rating.
- Unlock Isla Matanceros - start the game. It's the first island, and everything is more docile with no real threats.
- Unlock Isla Muerta - get Isla Matanceros to 3 Stars Park Rating. Be careful - Storms come regularly, and the animals get crankier.
- Unlock Isla Tacano - get Isla Muerta to 3 Stars Park Rating. A failed Park that you have to rescue.
- Unlock Isla Pena - get Isla Tacano to 3 Stars Park Rating. A small island with limited space.
- Unlock Isla Sorna - get Isla Pena to 3 Stars Park Rating. The Lost World, where dinosaurs roam free.

Jurassic World Evolution - How To Unlock The Sandbox Island, Isla Nublar
The creative sandbox island is Isla Nublar, the home of Jurassic Park and Jurassic World. It's the largest island, and you're free to work there without constraints. However, unlocking it is slightly different from the story islands and it's not unlocked from the start.
To unlock Isla Nublar, you have to get a 4 Star Park Rating on Isla Matanceros. In other words, you have to unlock Isla Muerta, but don't go there - stay on the starting island until you get 4 Stars, and you'll have access to the Sandbox Island!
