After years spent developing DLC and porting the game to the Nintendo Switch, the sequel promises to be bigger and bolder while retaining the charm and gameplay that made the series a critical success. Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 Release Date
Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 will be released on the 11th of February, 2025 on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. Officially announced in April 2024, the game will be skipping PS4 and Xbox One, and given that we are now halfway through the year, it seemed likely that we would see Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 sometime in the Fall. Warhorse Studios has now confirmed the release date for next year hidden in the most recent Embracer Group financial results.

Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 Story
Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 sees the return of Henry of Skalitz, an ordinary man spending life in 15th-century Bohemia. However, much like the first game, he finds himself caught in a gripping tale of revenge, betrayal, and discovery as he embarks on an odyssey to find his purpose in the world.
With rich, lush forests, bustling towns and cities, and battlefields scarred by the deaths of soldiers, the game will take you across a massive open world, roughly double the size of the first game.
Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 Gameplay
Gameplay details are still sparse, as we have only seen one trailer for the game. However, an extended deep dive from the developers after the first trailer revealed more information.
Firstly, you can be sure that the classic, authentic combat will return in all its glory with real-time fights using a range of weapons. You will be able to traverse and fight on foot, by horse, or by stealth, mastering various techniques, battle styles, and attacks. The deep RPG systems also return, expanded with new ways to customize and develop Henry’s skills, appearance, and gear. As you complete quests and take on tasks, you will determine your moral compass.
