Publishers Prime Matter and 1C Entertainment today revealed human paladin Elisa as the third playable character in upcoming turn-based strategy game King’s Bounty 2.
Hailing from Lorian, a land embroiled in civil war for more than a decade, King’s Bounty 2 finds her setting off to gain the King’s support in her efforts to save all of Nostria.
“During a clash between farmers and mercenaries, Elisa suddenly acquired magic abilities that helped her push the enemy back, away from her village, and then far from all of Southern Lorian,” an emailed press release explains.
“Chosen by the will of her people, Elisa headed to the Universal Assembly. She wants the King to recognize her as legate on behalf of her people, granting her access to military resources and other means of establishing order in Nostria.”
Elisa completes the King’s Bounty II’s launch roster which also features warrior Aivar and mage Katharine. If you’ve yet to catch up on what King’s Bounty II is all about, our preview and articles on how it handles choices and its infinite reserve of units should bring you up to speed.
