Here’s where we’ll explain everything that’s changing and being added with League of Legends Patch 11.11. League’s Patch 11.11 is now available on live servers. A look at its patch notes reveals its release date alongside the addition of new PROJECT 2021 skins and more.
As reflected in its patch schedule, LoL Patch 11.11’s release date wass set for Wednesday, May 26, which is when the changes that make it through testing hit live servers.
League of Legends Patch 11.11 brings seven new skins with futuristic, robotic designs for different champions. On the PBE, you can test PROJECT: Mordekaiser (1820 RP), PROJECT: Renekton (1820 RP), PROJECT: Sejuani (1350 RP), PROJECT: Senna, PROJECT: Sylas, PROJECT: Sylas Prestige Edition (2000 Event Tokens), and PROJECT: Varus. The turnarounds below showcase how they look in-game.
The LoL 11.11 maintenance schedule is always revealed closer to launch. Usually, it takes about 3 hours for patches to be deployed. Checking our League of Legends Server Status article is a good way to keep yourself informed on server downtime caused by patch deployment or other reasons.
The skins above are available as part of LoL’s PROJECT: Bastion event, which lasts between May 27 and June 28, comes with its own event pass, and also sees Nexus Blitz returning. Here are the changes coming to the limited-time mode:

The LoL 11.11 patch preview has now been shared, revealing upcoming nerfs for champions such as Lee Sin and Leona, alongside buffs for others like Azir, Graves, and Teemo.

Azir - Buffed
Conquering Sands (Q):
- Mana cost decreased to 55 from 70
Elise - Nerfed
Spider Form (R):
- Auto attack AP ratio decreased to 20% from 30%
Ezreal - Buffed
Stats:
- HP regen growth increased to 0.65 from 0.55
- Base armor increased from 22 to 24
Graves - Buffed

- AD growth increased to 4 from 3
Hecarim - Buffed
Rampage (Q):
- Bonus AD radio increased to 75% from 70%
Devastating Charge (E):
- Minimum damage ratio increased to 55% bonus AD from 50% bonus AD
- Maximum damage ratio increased to 110% bonus AD from 100% bonus AD
Lee Sin - Nerfed
Tempest (E):
- Cooldown increased to 9 from 8
Leona - Nerfed
Eclipse (W) :
- Damage decreased to 45/80/115/150/185 from 60/95/130/165/200

- Now deals 150% increased damage against monsters.

- Bonus movement speed decreased to 3/5/7/9/11% from 5/7/9/11/13%

Junkyard Titan (Passive):
- On-hit damage cap against monsters decreased to 80 from 120
Ryze - Buffed
Stats:
- Health growth increased to 110 from 98
Senna - Changed
Absolution (Passive):
- Bonus attack range per 20 Mist stacks decreased to 20 from 25
- Piercing Darkness’ healing now also scales with 160% lethality
Curse of the Black Mist (E):
- Bonus movement changed to 20% (+1% per 20 AP) from 20%
Dawning Shadow (R):
- <li Damage ratio increased to 70% AP form 50% AP</li>
Seraphine - Buffed
Surround Sound (W):
- Base self shield increased to 75-225 (level 1-18) from 75-150 (level 1-18)
- Base ally shield increased to 50-150 (level 1-18) from 50-100 (level 1-18)
Shaco - Nerfed
Jack in the Box (W):
- Damage ratio decreased to 9% AP (18% AP against single targets) from 10% AP (20% AP against single targets)
Two-Shiv Poison (E):
- AP ratio decreased to 50% from 55%
Singed - Changed
Fling (E):
- Cooldown changed to 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 seconds from 10 seconds
Teemo - Nerfed
Move Quick (W):
- Cooldown decreased to 14 from 17
Urgot - Nerfed

LoL 11.11 Item Balance Changes
Black Cleaver
- Carve armor reduction per stack increased to 5% per stack up to 30% at 6 stacks from 4% per stack up to 24% at 6 stacks
Bramble Vest
- Armor decreased to 30 from 35
- Bramble Vest’s reflected damage no longer scales with bonus armor
Divine Surrender
- Spellblade empowered on-hit damage increased to 12% of target’s maximum health from 10% of target’s maximum health
- Spellblade healing increased to 65% for melee/40% for ranged from 50% for melee/30% for ranged
Frostfire Gauntlet/Rimeforged Grasp (Ornn Upgrade)
- Snowblind slow for ranged users decreased to 12.5% (+2% per 1000 maximum health) from 25% (+4% per 1000 maximum health)
- Snowblind cooldown for ranged users increased to 6 seconds from 4 seconds
Frozen Heart
- Rock Solid damage reduction changed to 7 + 0.35% of maximum health from 0.5% of maximum health
- Winter's Caress enemy attack speed slow increased to 20% from 15%
Moonstone Renewer
- Starilt Grace heal and shield power per second increased to 6%, up to 30% from 4%, up to 20%
Randuin's Omen
- Rock Solid damage reduction changed to 5 + 0.35% of maximum health from 0.5% of maximum health
Serpent's Fang
- Shield Rever shield reduction for ranged users increased to 35% from 25%
Staff of Flowing Water
- Rapids self and ally empowerment increased to 25-45 AP (based on target’s level) for 4 seconds from 20-40 AP (based on target’s level) for 4 seconds
Stirring Wardstone
- Removed
Watchful Wardstone
- Total cost: 1100 gold
- Health: 150
- Ability haste: 10
- Arcane cache: This item can store up to 3 purchased Control Wards
- Removed: Visions of Ixtal: Increase your Stealth Ward, Totem Ward, and Control Ward caps by 1
- New: Upgrade: Upon reaching level 13 and completing the Support Quest, automatically upgrades into Vigilant Wardstone
Vigilant Wardstone
- Build path: Automatically upgrades from Watchful Wardstone
- Health: 150
- Ability haste: 15
- Arcane Cache: This item can store up to 3 purchased Control Wards
- Visions of Ixtal: Increase your Stealth Ward, Totem Ward, and Control Ward caps by 1
- New: Blessing Of Ixtal: Vigilant Wardstone now increases ability power, ability haste, bonus attack damage, and bonus health by 12%
Warden's Mail
- Rock Solid damage reduction changed to 5 + 0.35% of maximum health from 0.5% of maximum health
- Tooltip now shows how much Rock Solid damage has been blocked
Warmog's Armor
- Minimum health requirement changed to 1100 bonus health from 3000 max health
Watchful Wardstone
- Ability Haste decreased to 10 from 15
- New: +150 Health
LoL 11.11 Rune Balance Changes
Biscuit Delivery
- Sellback gold decreased to 5 from 30
Hail of Blades
- Cooldown increased to 12 seconds from 8 seconds
LoL 11.11 In-game Shop Updates
- The build tree has been upgraded to put some respect on the final item (it's larger) as well as accommodate taller trees (looking at you Ornn)
- Chad Mythic items with an active now have their own special Mythic active border to differentiate them from the plebeian normal active items
- Mythic item borders now show up in the scoreboard so you can easily identify why Jhin has a dash
- The builds-into dropdown gained some smarts and can resize based on its content
- Emberknife and Hailblade now appear in the Starting Items section of the support tab if you load in with Smite (sorry about that, Ivern!)
LoL 11.11 Nexus Blitz Balance Changes
- LOOT TEEMO/VEIGAR FIRST EVENT CHANCE 13% ⇒ 9%
- Elder Dragon can no longer appear as a first reward
- Rift Scuttler now uses the same shield mechanic as in Summoner's Rift
- RIFT SCUTTLER BASE HEALTH 3000 ⇒ 2800
- RIFT SCUTTLER BASE ARMOR AND MR 60 ⇒ 20
- Smite now matches Summoner’s Rift's values (starts at 450 damage, upgrades to 900)
- Adjusted the factors that weighed into event advantages to the losing team. Not only will it take into consideration the gold discrepancy, but the formula will also consider level differences between the two teams.
- DPS CHECK DUMMY HEALTH 5000 (+90 health per level, +15 health per second until 6 minutes, then +30 health per second after) ⇒ 1000 (+90 health per level, +2 health per second until 6 minutes, then +4 health per second after)
- Damage that would kill the DPS Check dummy now puts it at 1 health
- ON FIRE MOVEMENT SPEED TOWARDS ENEMIES FACING ANGLE 180° ⇒ 130°
LoL 11.11 Bugfixes/QoL Changes
- Ahri's E - Charm no longer causes jungle monsters' health to regenerate if used out of combat
- Updated Base Karma’s Q and E VFX to improve color range and reduce noise
- Hitting Hextech Malzahar or Tyrant Swain will trigger more metallic sounds
- Fixed an SFX bug where the initial portion of Worldbreaker Malzahar's Q - Call of the Void couldn't be heard if he casts the ability from Fog of War
- Fixed an SFX bug for Crystal Rose Swain, where if Swain used R - Demonflare and started draining a target's soul, the target would NOT hear the stereo whisper SFX or the soul drain start SFX
- Open Shop voice lines are once again available for champions and skins that have them
- Updated Taliyah's Close Shop VO to her Open Shop VO
- Lux's R - Final Spark VO will once again play
- Fixed a bug where Xin Zhao's E - Audacious Charge would go on cooldown and use mana despite it not being actually activated when trying to cast it on an enemy outside of its range and recasting it afterwards without a target
- Rammus' R - Soaring Slam no longer deals its damage instantly when cast at point zero
- Alistar's Q - Pulverize no longer grants a stack of Passive - Triumphant Roar when used on a spell-shielded target
- Kassadin can no longer trigger Electrocute by only hitting a champion with two separate attacks
