Publisher Warner Bros. and developer TT Games today announced that Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga’s Character Collection season pass will include seven packs of downloadable content that will become available at or after launch.
The DLC coming in Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga’s Character Collection introduces familiar and lesser-known faces from across different eras and can also be purchased individually.
Starting at launch, The Mandalorian Season 1 and the Solo: A Star Wars Story Character Packs will be available.
The former brings the Mandalorian and non-playable Grogu, Greef Karga, Cara Dune, IG-11, and Kuiil into the fray, while the latter adds young Han Solo, young Chewbacca, young Lando Calrissian, Qi’ra, Tobias Beckett, and Enfys Nest.
The Classic Characters Pack then includes Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, Han Solo, Darth Vader, and Lando Calrissian. It will be available at launch for those who have early access from select retail partners, with everyone else having access to it starting with April 19.
On the same day, players can also the Rogue One: A Star Wars Story Character Pack, which brings with it Jyn Erso, Bodhi Rook, Cassian Andor, K-2SO, Chirrut Îmwe, Baze Malbu, and Director Krennic.
Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga’s Character Collection also has something for Empire enthusiasts in the shape of The Trooper Pack, which adds the Death Trooper, Incinerator Trooper, Range Trooper, Imperial Shore Trooper, and Mimban Stormtrooper. Players who pre-order the digital version of the game will have access to it at launch, while remaining players will get their hands on it as soon as May 4.
Star Wars Day is going to be pretty big in terms of Skywalker Saga DLC, thanks to the release of two more packs.
The Mandalorian Season 2 lets players control Ahsoka Tano, Boba Fett, Bo Katan, Fennec Shand, and Moff Gideon, while the Star Wars: The Bad Batch Character Pack includes Hunter, Wrecker, Tech, Crosshair, and Echo.
Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga was already the most ambitious title in the series but, if the hundreds of characters in the base game weren’t enough, its season pass certainly seems to scratch that itch.
The game launches on April 5 and will be available on PC, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4, and Nintendo Switch.
