NetherRealm Studios confirms that crossplay support will be arriving next week for Mortal Kombat 1 between PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PlayStation 5.
John Cena’s Peacemaker character will also be included as a playable character upon the patch’s release, in early access.
Mortal Kombat 1 Crossplay Support for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S
NetherRealm is calling it Krossplay, but players will be able to use the feature to play together on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC (Steam and Epic Games Store) from 28th February.
It doesn’t look like the Switch version is going to get crossplay support, at least it wasn’t mentioned in the announcement that came from X (formerly Twitter).
“With peace, comes Krossplay. The feature will be included in next week’s patch and supported between PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam and Epic Games Store). More details coming early next week.”
You can check out Mortal Kombat 1 on Steam.
