Frontier Developments has unveiled the initial details of its sixth update for Planet Coaster 2, the popular sandbox theme park simulator available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.
Update 6 is scheduled to launch on June 30 and will introduce Souvenir Shops, offering merchandise such as plushies, mugs, and other items. Theme park planners can design their Souvenir Shops or take advantage of pre-made blueprints.

Photo Kiosks can be placed inside Souvenir Shops and other locations throughout your park, allowing you to earn an extra few quid by offering guests the opportunity to purchase all-new on-ride photos. The better the photo, the more guests will want to buy it, so choose your positions wisely for the best revenue stream.
Planet Coaster 2 Update 6 is also bringing back the Fairytale and Pirate themes from the original Planet Coaster.
De-themed versions of two coasters will provide players with new customization options:
- Big M’s Rides – Water Coaster
- Movement Construction – Mine Train
