Railroad Corporation aims to bring us back into the very best era of the old transport tycoon-style games, though the developer, Corbie Games, won't be skimping out when it comes to novel features, either.
Railroad Corporation release date has now officially been announced, though some interested parties might be slightly disappointed to hear that the game will launch in Early Access. We've got a special new trailer to share - one that showcases what Railroad Corp. is all about.
While Early Access skepticism is a healthy stance to take, Corbie Games seem to have a rather solid plan on how Railroad Corporation's development process with go. "Allowing players to play the game in Early Access ensures that we can focus on improving the game in advance of the full release later this year,"said Yurij Ishchuk, CEO of Corbie.
"Since the game is unique in that it incorporates both strategy and tycoon elements, as well as a multiplayer mode, we want to make sure that we listen to the community’s feedback," they said. Developing a game such as Railroad Corporation is no small task, and Early Access might be just the treatment it needs for it to become the very best game it can be.
