Rainbow Six Siege is turning some of its Operators into puppets and letting them respawn when its Sugar Fright 2020 Halloween event kicks off tomorrow.
Framed as Frost’s candy-induced nightmare, the Rainbow Six Siege Sugar Fright 2020 Halloween event introduces a new limited-time mode, Candy War, that shifts the focus toward all-out slaughter.
The mode pits two teams of five – the Tricksters and the Treaters – against each other, asking them to collect 50 pieces of candy from the cold bodies of their enemies before its 10-minute round ends.

On top of that, you can also block the enemy’s efforts by picking up the candy dropped by fallen teammates.
Death is also not final, as you get to respawn and hop back into the action, should you eat one too many bullets.
Taking place on the new Neighbourhood map built with it in mind, Candy War sounds similar to Call of Duty’s Kill Confirmed mode.
The Rainbow Six Siege Sugar Fright 2020 Halloween event also brings new cosmetic items that turn into puppets the 10 Operators in the Tricksters and Treaters teams. Flesh is overrated, anyway. We’ve listed them just below.
Tricksters
- IQ, the Ambitious Puppet
- Zofia, the Untamed Puppet
- Nomad, the Unwavering Puppet
- Capitao, the Commanding Puppet
- Thermite, the Trickster Puppet
Treaters
- Frost, the Tireless Puppet
- Pulse, the Wistful Puppet
- Ela, the Impetuous Puppet
- Castle, the Diplomatic Puppet
- Goyo, the Unassuming Puppet
You can grab Rainbow Six Siege Sugar Fright 2020 Halloween event cosmetics either from Sugar Packs – earned by logging in, completing challenges, or purchasing them for 300 R6Credits or 12,500 Renown – as well as purchase them as part of various Operator Bundles going for 1680 R6 credits.
The Rainbow Six Siege 2020 Halloween event kicks of tomorrow, October 27 and lasts for two weeks, until November 10. Read more about it on its dedicated page and check its trailer out below.
