Ada Wong may just be a right and proper PI in the Resident Evil 2 Remake if her leaked outfit is anything to go by. Well, actually, not really, because it's not that kind of a remake, but it's still interesting to note that Ada, too, has undergone a seemingly substantial visual redesign, much as Leon and Claire have.
This latest leak has come from Reddit, where someone got their mittens on a screenshot of Leon and Ada standing solemnly in the rain. Instead of her traditional garment - that of a killer cocktail dress in crimson, Ada's wearing a decidedly less conspicuous outfit.
It is an almost comically obvious set-up for Ada to throw away her sunglasses, scarf, and overcoat, and wow Leon with her incredibly impractical albeit impeccable fashion sense, but who knows. Capcom might have something different planned for Ada after all.
We do know, mind, that there are some considerable differences in character development and dialogue coming with the Resident Evil 2 Remake, so no one can really tell at this point.
Anyhow, you can already pre-purchase RE2R via Steam if you so desire, but keep in mind that there's no discount available at the time of writing. The game is set to release on 25th of January, 2019, so stay tuned.
