The Nemesis isn’t the only surprise that Resident Evil 3 Remake throws your way, Jill ending up infected with a nasty parasite later down the line.
But is there a way to remove the parasite or does it mark the end of your Resident Evil 3 Remake playthrough? The cure, it turns out, is deceptively simple.
Resident Evil 3 Remake Parasite
Progress through Resident Evil 3 Remake’s campaign enough and you’ll arrive at a door that requires using a lockpick. As soon as you open it, however, Jill gets jumped by a nasty spider-like creature that infects her with a parasite.
While infected, the parasite slows Jill down while covering the screen in red. Luckily, removing it is quite simple. All you need to do is simply consume a green herb with which you should be familiar by now.
As soon as you consume the green herb, Jill will throw up, getting rid of the parasite in the process. The creatures that infect you can be killed using the pistol or, more effectively, the shotgun. Should you get infected again, trust in the green herb.
