The goal behind the Resident 3 Remake train puzzle is to set up a route between the Redstone Street and Fox Park subway stations which Jill and the other survivors can use to escape.
Upon reaching the Subway Offices Control Room, you’ll be greeted with a panel with a map of the subway. You essentially need to have a green line running from Redstone to Fox Park while avoiding the red sections labeled as closed.
