What does Rocket League’s Error 64 mean? Why does it occur and is there a fix to help navigate around it?
Error 64 is one that Rocket League players have been dealing with since launch, rendering them unable to connect to matches and resulting in different amounts of lost time.
This is how developer Psyonix describes the error in a support article: “Not All Players Joined. Not all players connected. (Error: 64)”.
Rocket League Error 64
From what we can tell, Rocket League’s Error 64 has to do with something on the matchmaking or server side of things, leaving players with no straightforward fix or workaround.
Most players indicate that stopping and restarting the search for a match will eventually get you past Error 64. The time it takes, however, can vary.
If Rocket League’s Error 64 is giving you a hard time, it’s also a good idea to keep an eye on the game’s server status.
Just like with other online games, planned maintenance or unexpected server downtime will result in an inability to play.
Rocket League is now free-to-play, new players being able to find its PC version solely on the Epic Games Store.
