Empire of Sin has been off to a rocky start, developer Romero Games sparing no time to reassure fans that their feedback is heard and patches are on the way.
Empire of Sin launched to a mixed critical reception, a chunk of the crime management game’s player base also encountering various bugs and issues. On Steam, it currently sits at a Mixed rating.
“First, we have some updates coming your way. We are dedicated to making this game as great as it can be and that’s why the feedback we have been getting from you is so important to us.” Game Director Brenda Romero wrote on Twitter.
Romero Games Promises Patches for Empire of Sin
“Over the coming weeks and months, we will be working on delivering patches to improve your experience with the game.”
Empire of Sin is also set to receive two post-launch DLCs which will see players “going places and meeting new people.”
We gave Empire of Sin a 7/10 in our review, noting that it “has solid tactical combat and RPG elements but is let down by a weak strategic layer.”
