Roots of Pacha offers a cozy life simulation and farming gameplay with an exciting twist. Rather than starting your life from scratch in the countryside, the game takes you back to the Stone Age period, where challenges to discover new ideas, find resources, and settle down resurface. For some players who could get easily overwhelmed with various tasks or simply have no idea where to start, having a helping hand would certainly be welcome.
So, does Roots of Pacha have crossplay? Is it possible to play with a friend from a different platform? Here’s everything you need to know about Roots of Pacha’s crossplay support.
Roots of Pacha Crossplay Support
Roots of Pacha will support crossplay when the Nintendo Switch and Playstation 4 and 5 versions drop on November 28th. Soda Den’s life simulation masterpiece already has online multiplayer support. However, thanks to crossplay, things are about to get merrier as you’ll be able to party up with friends regardless of their platform.
Unfortunately, crossplay will only be between PC, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation for now. Although there are loads of exciting things players could look forward to, those looking to play from Xbox will have to be a bit patient, as the release window for this platform is next year.
As for cross-saves or cross-progression, the game has yet to support this feature, as confirmed by the developer. This might be added in the future, and we’ll be sure to update this article once more information is available.
That sums up everything you need to know about crossplay in Roots of Pacha. In the meantime, if you’re having trouble gathering certain things or advancing your clan as a solo player, check out some of the best Roots of Pacha mods to help you out.
