Strange Brigade is the latest co-op shooter from Rebellion, creators of Sniper Elite and Zombie Army Trilogy, and it's one of our favourite games of the year. But who are the Strange Brigade characters?
We thought we'd introduce everyone to the players, from the main members of the Strange Brigade, the DLC additions, and even the villain of the game! Read on for our Strange Brigade characters guide!
Strange Brigade Characters Guide
Gracie Braithwaite
The Lancashire lass with the thick Northern accent, who originally made a living beating people up before she moved to the Strange Brigade. Her signature weapon is a shotgun and her Amulet Power is Typhoon Snake, which draws an enemy towards her to be used as an explosive.
Archimedes de Quincey
Archaeologist and scholar from Oxford, his passion is in digging up the past but prefers keeping ancient horrors from resurfacing. His signature weapon is the Kingsley Special submachine gun and his Amulet Power is Beetle Blitz, which attacks multiple enemies at once.
Nalangu Rushida
Maasai warrior from Kenya, and originally part of a witch-warrior cult, her goal in life is to hunt down demons and evil spirits. She now does this alongside the Strange Brigade. Her signature weapon is the Chamerlain Automatic rifle and her Amulet Power is Raging Aura, which blasts multiple enemies in a radius.
Frank Fairburne
Marksman and soldier of fortune, he's served in multiple conflicts around the British Empire. His signature weapon is a .303 Huntsman rifle and his Amulet Power is Dynamite Dash, a rush power that sends enemies flying, explosively.
Winston Bey
Gentleman explorer and the game's first DLC character. He thinks the Brigade's antics are "just an amusing diversion", but he's being looked at to be the next leader of the Strange Brigade. His special Amulet Power is Piercing Pestilence, which attacks multiple enemies and poisons them.
Seteki
The villain of the game. A dark Ancient Egyptian queen whose rule was rife with murder and cruelty. She was sealed away and her tomb hidden, but is uncovered at the beginning of the game. She has many undead servants and giant Guardians.
