Nacon has confirmed that its Studio Milan team is working on a survival game set in the Terminator universe, which is planned to be released for the PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X.
The Nacon Connect 2022 live event revealed the news, although it was only able to provide a brief teaser, and didn’t provide a release date or official title for the Terminator game.

”Just a tease for the future, but if you couldn’t tell, we’re big fans of 80’s movies, and our team at Nacon Studio Milan is working on the first survival game set in the Terminator universe” said the team.
The Terminator Survival Game is going to take place between Judgment Day and the creation of John Connor’s resistance group, and it will build upon the events seen in the films. Players will play as a group of nuclear apocalypse survivors fighting to stay by any means necessary.
Nacon Studio Milan was formed back in May 2022, when Nacon scaled up its RaceWard Studio – known for developing RiMS Rac – and changed its name while revealing that it was working on a survival game based on “one of the world’s most popular film franchises.”
“We are proud of the direction we are heading in,” said Nacon Studio Milan CEO Marco Ponte at the time. “Originally a team of racing experts, the studio has grown quickly, and our new talent has given us the desire to explore new territory.”
Teyon is another development studio that Nacon is partnering up with to develop a video game based on the movie franchise RoboCop, it worked on the Terminator franchise recently with Terminator: Resistance, although it’s not involved with this project.
