A new Total War Saga game is in the works, by the looks of it. During its monthly post that documents what each Creative Assembly team is working on, the studio mentioned that a second game in their spin-off series is happening.
The follow-up to Total War Saga: Thrones of Britannia is being developed by Creative Assembly’s Sofia studio.
“While Sofia works across all sorts of Creative Assembly projects, their biggest is our next Saga title. This week we passed milestone one on this game and we’re starting to see more and more of what it will look like.”, the post reads.
Although no other information was given on the new Total War Saga game, more will be revealed throughout the year.
Creative Assembly is also the biggest studio in the UK, the post reveals, being three times larger than when Rome II released. Aside from the new Total War Saga game, its various teams are working on the next entry in the main series, Total War: Three Kingdoms, a Lord Pack for Total War: Warhammer II, a brand new FPS IP, and more.
