Engaging in battle with a repertoire of magic, members of the Magni Order rise to safeguard Aveum from being cast into oblivion by the tyrant, Sandrakk. From the developers of Call of Duty and Dead Space, Immortals of Aveum takes place in a mythical fantasy world bolstered with magic and engulfed with conflict.
Jak, a Triarch capable of manipulating all three colors of magic, is a central character in the Magni Order and dubs himself an Immortal. Players will have the chance to journey alongside Jak, witnessing his improbable circumstances and the burgeoning potential within him as they navigate through the Everwar.
Wielding a Sigil as their primary weapon, players will channel the magic harbored within themselves. Sigils serve as conduits, focusing potent magic abilities and augmenting lethal combat. They are differentiated into three categories: Blue symbolizing force, Red representing chaos, and Green embodying life magic. Triarchs, such as Jak, stand out as they can control all three colors of magic in the game.
Red Sigils imbue a Magnus with enhanced prowess in close-quarter combat. Blue Sigils emit potent bolts capable of inflicting damage over a significant range with remarkable precision. Green Sigils facilitate multi-combat maneuvers through rapid-fire homing shots. Each color brings its unique functions and advantages to the battlefield.
Fury spells are devastating catastrophes that provide an impactful form of defense. Requiring Fury Mana, there is a limit on how many times you can use Fury spells, however, it is replenishable with the collection of mana crystals. There are numerous ways to gather mana beyond merely collecting mana crystals, but these methods largely depend on how a player customizes their arsenal.
With over 25 spells and 80 talents to unlock, Immortals of Aveum has an array of magic that unleash ultimate attacks in the Everwar. From Dominion spells that combine all three colors releasing chaos, to Augments that allow players to manipulate the environment, solve puzzles and discover secrets within the realm of Aveum.
As players step into the role of Jak throughout the unfolding story, they can tailor their skill trees and unlock specialized talents. This extensive progression system offers multiple avenues to personalize your style.
