If you plan on thriving in Valheim’s brutal world, you best be prepared to collect lots of resources and craft plenty of items. But as any seasoned Viking would tell you, your inventory can become a bit of a mess as it fills up. That’s where the Simple sort mod comes in, making your life easier.
As its name suggests, Valheim’s Simple Sort mod lets you easily arrange the items in your inventory with the press of a single, customizable button. Better yet, it works with both player inventories and any containers you might have built at home or in outposts spread across the world.
You can sort your inventory by item name, weight, or value, depending on your current needs. Modifier keys let you do so in ascending or descending order.
The mod does remember the last sort method you used and automatically applies it when you open either your own inventory or a container. The option can, however, be disabled in the config file that’s created after installing the mod and starting Valheim once.
