Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader allows us to collect a variety of different equipment types for our character but, right now, one question echoes in all of our minds: how do you get Power Armor?
Getting Power Armor in Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader counts as one of many achievable milestones while playing the cRPG, and below we’ll delve deeper into what we know on the matter.
Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader Power Armor
The title features Space Marines alongside a variety of characters able to wear power armor, so it would very much make sense that we’ll be able to get power armor in Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader.
A member of the development team clarified things on Reddit, by saying the following:
“We have power armours, which are avaliable for RT (and any other human companion with the proficiency to wear it).”
As for how to get Power Armor in Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader details, it’s still a bit early to tell and we need to spend more time with the game before release. Given the renowned power of Power Armor, it’s plausible that players won’t have immediate access to it from the very get-go.
The method of obtaining Power Armor could vary based on the RPG’s reward system. Options might include discovering it while looting enemies or environmental objects, buying it from a vendor, or earning it as a quest reward or for accomplishing a significant in-game objective.
It’s probably fair to assume that we’ll have to dispatch our fair share of xenos and heretics before we get our hands on Power Armour in Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader, but we’ll update this article as soon as we know more.
In the meantime, here is how co-op works in Owlcat Games’ highly-anticipated title.
