The Warhammer Skulls festival is confirmed to return in 2022, bringing with it a host of announcements, discounts, and new content for titles based on Games Workshop’s popular license.
2022’s Warhammer Skulls festival kicks off on June 1, at 10 AM PST/1 PM EST/6 PM BST with a showcase that includes “world premieres, new trailers and behind the scenes sneak peeks” for highly anticipated titles such as Warhammer 40,000: Darktide and Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2.
Anyone tuning in will also be treated to “the latest updates and future plans” for existing titles like Total War: Warhammer III, Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector, and Warhammer: Vermintide 2.
The showcase will air on the official Warhammer Twitch channel and will be introduced by Clive Standen, who voices Space Marine 2’s protagonist – Titus.
After the showcase concludes, the Warhammer Skulls 2022 festival gives players a week to grab discounted titles during its yearly sale as well as enjoy new content and free updates for a number of games across different platforms.
In addition, Wargaming has also revealed World of Tanks’ new Warhammer 40,000-inspired Battle Pass Season VIII. Between June to August, players will be able to earn “incredible 3D styles and commanders for the Ultramarines, Death Guard and Evil Sunz Orks for this season’s core vehicles.”
