Where do you need to look when searching for Wasteland 3’s Cyborg Chickens and how many are there? If you’re hunting for Wasteland 3 Cyborg Chickens, the chances are you’ve already spotted one waiting in the coop at Ranger HQ. If not, you’ll find it on the right side of the HQ’s exterior.
Keep this spot in mind as you’ll need to return all other Wasteland 3 Cyborg Chickens to this very location if you want to witness what collecting them all does.
Wasteland 3 Cyborg Chickens Locations
- 1st Cyborg Chicken - Ranger HQ
- 2nd Cyborg Chicken - Garden of Gods
- 3rdCyborg Chicken - Sans Luxe Apartments
- 4th Cyborg Chicken - Broadmoor Heights Church
- 5th Cyborg Chicken - Broadmoor Heights Church
Aside from the one at Ranger HQ, there are four other Cyborg Chickens spread across various locations in Wasteland 3. You’ll need an assortment of skills, including Animal Whisperer, to get them to follow you.
When you reach the Garden of the Gods, look for a mass grave. North of it, you’ll spot a Cyborg Chicken that you can convince to come with you as long as you have an Animal Whisperer skill of 4.
Another chicken can be found in the Sans Luxe Apartments. While exploring, you will come across a generator that can be repaired by someone with a Mechanics skill of 5. Once the generator is fixed, it will unlock a door. Head inside, and with an Animal Whisperer skill of 3, you can convince the robotic bird to join you.
Broadmoor Heights Church also contains a Cyborg Chicken. It’s found in a sealed room to the right of the main entrance. To access it, you need to activate a switch found on the wall to the left side of the main entrance. Once inside, you’ll need an Animal Whisperer skill of 4 to convince the chicken that it is, in fact, a Ranger, even if only temporarily.
The fifth and final Wasteland 3 Cyborg Chicken is also found in Broadmoor Heights, inside the Patriarch’s Bunker which you’ll visit during the main quest. You’ll need an Animal Whisperer of 5 to get the chicken to follow you, making it the trickiest of the bunch.
You must take the Cyborg Chickens back to HQ as quickly as possible, as they can die in combat. If you lose any of them, you won’t get the positively glorious reward.
After collecting all five, simply progress the main quest past Victory. You’ll know what the chickens have been up to shortly after.
