Wasteland 3 has its fair share of recruitable animal companions, but few stand out as easily as Polly the Parrot.
That’s largely because none of them are as foul-mouthed as Wasteland 3’s Polly the Parrot which, in our books, makes it an instant candidate for recruitment to our party of Rangers. As the saying goes, if you can’t kill them, at least have your animal companion call them all manners of nasty things.
But where exactly can you find Polly’s location in Wasteland 3 and what do you need to do in order to recruit this animal companion to your party? You’ll find the answers just below.
Wasteland 3 Animal Companions
To find Polly’s location in Wasteland 3, you’ll want to head towards the southern edge of the map, keeping to its center. Doing so, you’ll eventually reach The Bizarre, which acts as a base for the Monster Army.
You’ll then want to explore The Bizarre’s exterior until you reach the Hopefuls tent. At the back, you’ll spot a man named Six-Fingered Larry. That’s where Polly’s location is in Wasteland 3.
To recruit Polly the Parrot as an animal companion, you’ll have to engage in conversation with Larry and let him know of your intentions.
As you talk to him, Polly will inevitably showcase its potential for rudeness. That parrot is a machine.
You can get Polly by either paying $200, using a Barter skill of 5, or an Animal Whisperer skill of 7. As a bonus, the parrot will be quite happy to no longer be tied to Larry and his boring NPC ways.
