Straight from Twitchcon, CI Games introduced the new trailer showcasing the title's open-world gameplay while teasing a live-stream featuring a mission not previously seen in any of the past demonstrations. Though that happened in the early hours of this morning and likely won't be archived just yet.
Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 has a new release date: January 27th 2017
The Sniper: Ghost Warrior series is known for being, well, pretty average. Despite the middling review scores of 5/10 across the board for both the first and second game, the series turned out to be a commercial success with over five million sales in total. The third game in the series, Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3, was announced in December 2014, with the first gameplay footage being shown at E3 2015. Today it has been announced that the game is being delayed from its initial release date of sometime in 2016 to January 27th 2017. "Shortly before completion of the work, we found that we were our target. Although close, however, we would still need some time to ensure that Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 is unique.” said CI Games CEO and Founder, Marek Tyminski. "We are pleased and welcome the patience and support of the waiting players. There are only a few months. And the wait is definitely worth it.2
