New York Comic Con 2011 has begun and independent developer Longbow Games has announced the sequel to one of the more innovative real-time strategy games of the past year, titled Hegemony Rome: The Rise of Caesar. This game focuses on the famous Roman emperor and his conquest of Gaul.
