A real dive, sleazy as can be, and the favorite hang of one of TV's favorite animated families, this is Moe's Tavern from The Simpsons! Give your tenants a place to go where dreams and aspirations drown in cheap beer and liquor. Doesn't come with Moe himself or the slew of prank phone calls, but it certainly is faithful to all of the visual rundown quality of the real thing.

It adds guardrails to the top floor areas of any given stairway to keep it from being an accident waiting to happen. If buildings were inspected thoroughly for all safety precautions, you'd pass with flying colors!
