Hogwarts Legacy gives you multiple spells to work with, but you can augment your capabilities further with certain potions or plants that benefit you and hamper enemies. If you’re looking to stun your foes in combat, you will want to know in which locations you can find mandrake and mandrake seeds.
Hogwarts Legacy’s mandrake is known due to its piercing, high-pitched cry that comes in handy when you’re dealing with one too many enemies. Its seeds behave much like those of other plants, allowing you to grow your own. Here are the locations where you can expect to find it.
Hogwarts Legacy Mandrake Seeds
The easiest way of getting your hands on both Hogwarts Legacy’s mandrake and mandrake seeds is by simply purchasing them from Dogweed and Deathcap, one of the many shops you’ll find in Hogsmeade.
Buying Hogwarts Legacy’s mandrake plants will set you back 500 galleons per piece. You’ll then have to pay even more for Hogwarts Legacy’s mandrake seeds, which cost 800 galleons per bag.
Mandrake seeds are the cheaper option in the long run, due to how they allow you to grow the plant yourself in the Room of Requirement. Mandrakes can grow in small pots, as opposed to shrivelfig.
You can also find the plant in the Forbidden Forest, although it involves a lot more searching and is also a less reliable source than the shop in Hogsmeade.
These are the ways we’ve found so far that help you secure mandrake and its seeds in Hogwarts Legacy. For more help with the game, here is where you can find The Magic Neep and Zenobia’s Gobstones.
