Hogwarts Legacy introduces you to different facets of being a student of magic, one of them being potion making. As you probably expect, the process involves gathering and mixing sets of different ingredients, including shrivelfig fruit and seeds, which you’ll need to obtain.
Hogwarts Legacy shrivelfig fruit and seeds are ingredients you’ll need to track down yourself in order to brew the Thunderbrew potion, which can be quite useful in combat. Although you cannot magically conjure them up at will, there are at least two methods of obtaining both, which we’ll cover below.
Hogwarts Legacy Shrivelfig Fruit and Seeds
The first method of obtaining Hogwarts Legacy shrivelfig fruit and seeds is straight out buying them from Hogsmeade.
The village is known for its many shops, but the one we’re looking for in this case is The Magic Neep, found in the northwestern part and marked by a plant symbol on the map.
Buying Hogwarts Legacy shrivelfig fruit will see you parting ways with 150 galleons per piece. Buying Hogwarts Legacy shrivelfig seeds is even more costly, setting you back 450 galleons.
The second method you can use to obtain shrivelfig fruit is to grow it yourself, which is precisely what the seeds above are for.
They can, however, only be grown in medium or large pots. That’s why you’ll want to make sure that you purchase a conjuration spellcraft with a medium pot from Thomas Brown at the Tomes and Scrolls shop in Hogsmeade.
Once you gain access to the Room of Requirement and have the spellcraft mentioned above, you can place seeds in the pot and harvest the fruit after waiting a while.
These are the methods we’ve found so far that help you obtain shrivelfig fruit and seeds in Hogwarts Legacy. For more help with the game, read up on finding Zenobia’s Gobstones and how the Sorting Hat quiz works.
