Detailed Information:
Once we get Endothermic Structures, there was literally no difference between Tiny/Small Gas Giants and Medium/Large Gas Giants so I felt like this needed a change. Because it should still be better to have a Large Gas Giant instead of a upgraded Tiny Gas Giant. The fact that they had the same population capacity completely destroyes the importance of having a Large/Huge one and ignores the "size" system in the first place. But also after buffing Gas Giants slightly, I had to buff other planets too because Gas Giants were already quite powerful late game. Now with these changes, pros and cons of going full Gas Giant or T1 Planets seems more balanced.

Planetary Exploitations seems very well designed for Food; meaning it rewards higher tier planets more compared to lower tiers. But others seemed a little bit randomized to me. They were also giving bonuses to Gas Giants, which is already quite powerful. So I made some changes based on what Amplitude done with Food.
