The Black Arks are lore-wise one of the ultimate Dark Elven war machines, and they cost exorbitant amounts of resources in the game. Thing is, they're kinda trash. This mod alters their stats to reduce the upkeep of garrisoned Dreadspears, Darkshards, Bleakswords, Corsairs, Bolt Throwers, and Witch Elves by 50%, and Harpies, Hydras, and Dragons by 25%. These units also gain a bunch of buffs, making the unit actually worth its cost. It's save compatible, too.
