The latest wrestling entry arrives later this year on Xbox 360, PS3, PS2, PSP, Wii and DS much to the delight of franchise fans no doubt.
Collectively it’s shipped over 47 million copies globally, with THQ promising this will be ”the most authentic, entertaining and compelling” game in the series yet. Few details have surfaced.
”John Cena, Undertaker, Randy Orton, Edge and Rey Mysterio are incredible WWE Superstars who represent the athleticism, creativity, individuality and strength of today’s live WWE programming,” said THQ’s Brian Coleman, global brand management VP.
”These powerful traits symbolize our vision to give players extensive creative freedom and make WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2010 the most authentic, entertaining and compelling simulation of live WWE programming to date.”
The only solid thing about WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2010 right now are its platforms, but
THQ add it will ”deliver player freedom never before experienced in the SmackDown vs. Raw franchise”. More can be expected when Summerslam happens in August.
