This November a ”very special ‘Europa Universalis’ game” will be released for PC that adds the AGCEEP community mod to EUII, enhancing numerous features to the original.
One of over 180 countries is open to be controlled by the player, between 1419 and 1819. The first dev diary has gone up, with Crystal Empire Games offering the first glimpse.
”Going beyond the boundaries and adding a huge amount of original content, ‘For the Glory’ presents the ultimate evolution of an acclaimed classic,” wrote Paradox.
The newly formed Crystal Empire Games has pedigree from ‘Europa Universalis II’, community mod ‘Alternative Grand Campaign’ and the ‘Event Exchange Project’ (AGCEEP), with the latter pushing EUII to its ”technical and graphical limits”.
The first dev diary is available on the official Paradox forum. ‘For The Glory: A Europa Universalis Game’ is due this November, with its features billed below:
• Play as one of over 180 countries on a map covering the entire world in the era spanning 1419-1819
• Experience unparalleled historical immersion with over 10,000 historical events
• Unprecedented levels of mod-ability – unlimited timeframe and up to 1,000 counties
• Improved and modernized interface
• Adapt your playing style to the personality of your nation’s various historical monarchs.
• The AGCEEP mod comes bundled with ‘For the Glory’
