505 Games’ release of publisher 1C’s three games has been pushed back by a week in the UK while the rest of Europe can enjoy the ”triple release storm” earlier.
This delays WWI zombie action in NecroVisioN, WWII zombie-less action in Men of War and an arctic expedition in Cryostasis - shooter, real-time strategy and action-horror respectively.
”NecroVisioN, Cryostasis and Men of War are live on shelves right now in most european countries. UK release is planned on 27th of February. Enjoy the winter gore!” announced 1C Company.
Here’s a brief description of each game from Russian publisher 1C:
NecroVisioN
The year is 1916. Young American joins UK Army to experience an adventure of his life and soon realizes that greater evil is hiding beneath the Great War storm. He has to face the underground world of vampires, demons, evil genius creatures and even become one of the demons to rescue the human and vampire kind from forces of darkness.
Men of War
”…takes place in Europe and North Africa during the height of World War II, the story unfolding across three different campaigns played out through the eyes of Soviet, Allied and German soldiers. Each campaign has its own scenario and structured timeline bringing a different story of the war to life.”
Cryostasis
”The Arctic Circle, Russian North Pole station “Pole 21”, 1981 - Alexander Nesterov is a meteorologist sent to investigate the final hours of the North Wind, an old nuclear ice-breaker trapped in an icy grave. This steel beast once fought for its country, but during a dangerous mission it drifted into an ice trap slowly freezing to death every living thing on board.”
