The ‘Tales of Unitia’ rumour is wrong says Namco Bandai, that won’t be its title. They released the first piece of concept art work for it though.
Tales of Graces F is coming to PS3 which is a HD makeover of the Wii game, Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 3 is indeed hitting the PSP, releasing this winter and in 2011 respectively. There’s no timeframe for the new PS3 Tales game.
