Now, the expansion to 1C’s hit WW2 RTS title has finally gotten the open beta we’ve all been waiting. Previously, 1C and main developer DigitalMindSoft said that they would only release the beta once their Steam group had hit 10,000 members.
At the time of writing, that group had 10,559 members - so it’s all systems go! People interested in trying out the beta can go here to register for a key, and instructions on how to get in.
The beta will included the new skirmish game mode on two maps with up to four players, as well as some of the more popular online game modes, such as Assault Zones, Combat and Frontlines, which have been rebalanced and redesigned. Special units will also feature as well.
