Very little is known about this latest bundle of extra goodness, except that it ”extends the life” of the original Dragon Age, not the expansion pack.
The official description for this latest DLC doesn’t give much of anything away as it actually just recites what Dragon Age: Origins is, pretty much. Hopefully BioWare will be more forthcoming as we get closer to May 18th. Microsoft spilled the beans early.
In their May schedule spotlight they named ‘Darkspawn Chronicles’…
”This Add-on, “Darkspawn Chronicles” extends the life of “Dragon Age: Origins,” the dark fantasy epic that has you playing as a Grey Warden, one of the last of a legendary order of guardians,” read their press release, reports VG247.
”With the return of mankind’s ancient foe and the kingdom engulfed in civil war, you have been chosen by fate to unite the shattered lands and slay the archdemon once and for all. “Dragon Age: Origins,” is rated M for Mature by the ESRB and available worldwide (except Japan).” It’ll cost 400 Microsoft Points for Xbox 360 gamers.
Return to Ostagar was BioWare’s last major DLC release for Dragon Age: Origins, which let you go back to the beginning area of the game and slaughter some Darkspawn for envious loot - like the King’s armour. Think you’ll pick up more DLC?
