Halo: Reach will have multiplayer action, that’s a given, but developer Bungie is keeping one mode very close to their chest - except to tease.
It’ll involve ”some number” of players against others in a ”rousing and highly competitive” game, with points awarded for ”all kinds” of stuff.
”Some number of players will square off against some number of other players in what will undoubtedly be a rousing and highly competitive game of something we’re not talking about yet!” Bungie wrote on their Winter Pentathlon Preview.
”Points awarded for doing all kinds of untold stuff!” That’s it, that’s all we get. Halo: Reach debuts this year and will be Bungie’s last release in the Halo universe, ever?
