EA confirms NBA Jam creator on staff at EA Tiburon, Mark Turmell

It comes as no surprise, seeing as how Turmell’s LinkedIn already said so, but EA Sports has confirmed the Jam creator is on the payroll.

Mark Turmell is stationed at EA Tiburon, those guys behind Madden. NBA Jam’s revival looks primed but still uncertain for the moment.

NBA Jam was released way back in 2003 on Xbox and PS2, so yeah it’s mega old by gamer standards. Did you enjoy the over-the-top basketball antics of Jam, videogamer?
