It is scheduled to launch next year and is Kalypso’s first browser game, with more planned from their ”outstanding partnership” with gamigo.
No actual game details were given about the title only that it exists in development and will release in 2011 as a free-to-play online game.
”We are very excited to announce Patrician Online, which will become the cornerstone of our online browser-based game portfolio,” said Simon Hellwig of Kalypso Media.
“Also, we are pleased to be launching it in partnership with gamigo, who are experts in the field of browser-based online games. We expect this will be an outstanding partnership that will extend into multiple titles over time.”
Online portal site gamigo has a number of titles running like ‘The Witcher: Versus’ based off CD Projekt RED’s videogame take on the novels. Kalypso currently has Patrician IV in development for PC due out September 10th.
