In a first for G4TV they will dedicate a huge chunk of E3 2010 air time to just one game - BioWare’s MMORPG Star Wars: The Old Republic.
It’s a project ”of such breadth” they felt it needed half an hour, says their press release. This confirms G4TV as E3’s official broadcaster once more.
”Never before have we granted so much time to one game at E3 … Star Wars: Old Republic is a game of such breadth that the excitement around it and the time we are dedicating to it will have a huge pay-off for the viewers,” said G4TV, reports Ripten.
Their coverage starts June 14th at 3PM EST and ends 9PM EST June 17th. It will have 25 hours of ”commercial-free coverage of Sony, Nintendo, EA, Ubisoft and Valve” press conferences as well as ”over 40 live hands-on game demos.”
E3 2010 just turned into a scorcher and it can’t get here fast enough!
