God Hand was created by Clover Studio which closed shortly after it finished the game. Fans have been staring down Capcom for years to make a sequel but no such luck. However Asura’s Wrath has caught the community’s attention.
”The reaction they had is because those people are looking for a crazy, over-the-top game. This game will be that for them,” said producer Kazuhiro Tsuchiya. ”I’m happy this game satisfies those expectations or those cravings they have.”
”The inspiration behind making this game was I wanted to make something that gamers have never seen before,” he added. ”I’m sure that was the same motivation behind the team that made God Hand as well.” Asura’s Wrath releases on Xbox 360 and PS3.
