PlayStation 3 baseball fans will be pleased to know that the demo for MLB 11: The Show is now available on PSN. The demo will allow players to play four innings at AT&T Park between the Texas Rangers and the San Francisco Giants, who faced off in the 2010 World Series.
The PlayStation US Blog has also revealed the new co-op mode for MLB 11, which allows friends to play together in the game. The new mode will allow two players to play on the same team against the computer, another player or two other players. Players can choose their roles: who does all the hitting (or alternate hitting), who runs, who plays what position (outfield, pitcher, catcher or infield) - and like hitting, friends can alternate innings as the pitcher. Players can also playing a 4 vs. the CPU in unranked online games as well.
