Namco Bandai has started teasing Soul Calibur V on Twitter, as game director Daishi Odashima tweeted: ”Hopefully I will be able to announce something mid May.”
The last Soul Calibur title was on the PlayStation Portable, and had Kratos as a special fighter (much like the PlayStation 3 version of Mortal Kombat does.) The Xbox 360 version of Soul Calibur IV had Yoda included, while the PS3 version had Darth Vader (which both characters available as DLC on either machine.)
Soul Calibur V had been hinted strongly last year from various Namco sources.
