Rumour: New Fatal Frame for PS3 suggests Asian gaming site [UPDATE]

Tecmo Koei might just be putting together another horror fest under the Fatal Frame moniker as Asian gaming website TGBus.com lists it under PS3.

Earlier in the year series producer Keisuke Kikuchi told Japan’s Famitsu that they were creating a new Fatal Frame title. The last released on Wii.

UPDATE: Tecmo Koei has issued a statement saying there is ”no truth to this.” Sorry but no PS3 Fatal Frame. ”Looking at the titles on that list it looks pretty out of date,” said a spokesperson for the publisher. Fatal Frame IV is yet to head West.

Grasshopper Manufacture created the latest Fatal Frame. The series is also known as Project Zero and is a survival horror much like Silent Hill. PS2’s Fatal Frame 2 was expected to be remade for the Nintendo Wii but all is quiet on that front.
